RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, we can under no circumstances accept returns or offer refunds on any used products.
In order to quality for a return, your product must be unused as outlined below ↓
Unused Product: If you have not used the product and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days, providing details and photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Missing or Damaged Package: We provide shipping protection at the time of purchase to cover missing, stolen, or damaged packages. Only orders who purchase package protection with their order are eligible for coverage. Please file a claim with resolve your issue. Our customer service team can assist you with this process.
CONCERNS WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have a problem with your order you have 30 days from the date of order to reach out to our customer service team at hello@glowbeautyhair.com. Any issues outside of the 30 days are not eligible for assistance.
